How to Stay Calm and Focused During the Exam
You've done the studying. You’ve revised vocabulary, writing, grammar, and listening. Now comes the final challenge—performing under pressure. Staying calm during the exam is a skill, and you can train for it.
1. Prepare Your Mind and Body
Get enough sleep before the exam
Eat a light, balanced meal (avoid sugar and caffeine overload)
