We off er volume-based discounts from the recommended retail price (RRP), with larger orders benefi ting from increasingly favourable terms. The discount starts at 30% for a single book, rising to 55% for orders of 2–10, 60% for 11–100, 65% for 101–200, and 70% for orders of 201 or more. Discounts apply to the quantity ordered and are calculated against the published RRP. For particularly large orders, recurring purchasing arrangements or other specifi c requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs.

We have printing operations in the UK and the EU, and in Singapore, helping us fulfi l orders effi ciently across our principal markets. We also maintain established relationships with major third-party shipping providers, giving us fl exibility in arranging reliable domestic and international deliveries. Shipping charges are quoted separately and will depend on the order size, destination and required service. We are happy to discuss the most appropriate fulfi lment arrangements for larger or recurring orders.

We recognise that distributors have diff erent purchasing cycles and cash-fl ow requirements. Subject to account approval, we can off er 30-, 60- or 90-day payment terms, agreed in advance according to the nature, size and frequency of orders. For new accounts, we may ask for account or credit information before confi rming extended payment terms.

We welcome conversations about exclusive distribution arrangements for particular markets or territories. Exclusivity is considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as territory, anticipated sales volumes, market coverage, promotional activity and the range of titles involved. We off er a 30-day returns policy. If books arrive damaged or there is another problem with an order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable supporting information so that we can assess damage claims quickly. Depending on the circumstances, we can off er a full refund, replacement, exchange or store credit for eligible returns. Original delivery charges are not refundable. We want our distributor relationships to be practical and long-lasting, so if an order falls outside these standard terms, please get in touch. We are always happy to discuss individual requirements and fi nd an arrangement that works for both parties.
